Daniel has worked at Cohen Immigration Law for over 10 years and specializes in work permits, business immigration, inadmissibility, and citizenship. Daniel travels between the U.S. and Canada to service Cohen Immigration Law's clients. He is a graduate of McGill University's Faculty of Law and is ranked by Who's Who Legal as one of the top corporate immigration lawyers in the world.

Olivia Cohen is an Immigration Attorney at Cohen Immigration Law. Attorney Daniel Ciarabellini
Daniel Ciarabellini is a Senior Attorney at Cohen Immigration Law. Daniel advises clients on Canadian citizenship, with a particular focus on proof of citizenship and citizenship by descent. Called to the Bar of Ontario, he brings nearly a decade of private practice as both a litigator and a solicitor, including several reported decisions. Before joining Cohen Immigration Law he spent several years at LexisNexis Canada, working with some of the country's largest law firms on the adoption of legal technology, and he began his career at Borden Ladner Gervais LLP.

Attorney Ali Samhat
Ali Samhat is a Senior Attorney at Cohen Immigration Law. Ali advises clients on Canadian citizenship, with a particular focus on proof of citizenship and citizenship by descent. Called to the Bar of Ontario, he previously served as an Assistant Crown Attorney, conducting bail hearings and trials on behalf of the Crown, and later moved in-house at TD Insurance. Ali is known for a measured, methodical approach and for explaining plainly what a family's history and documents do and do not support.

Ifeoluwa "Iffy" Alade
Iffy Alade is a Senior Associate at Cohen Immigration Law. Iffy works with people exploring Canadian citizenship — particularly proof of citizenship and citizenship by descent — helping them understand the options available to them and what a complete file requires, alongside the firm's attorneys. He holds a law degree (LL.B.) from Newcastle University in the United Kingdom and brings a background spanning legal technology, growth and entrepreneurship, including time at Spellbook (Legal AI) and two companies he founded and scaled himself. Having immigrated to Canada at the age of five, Iffy brings a personal understanding of what it means to build a life here. He speaks English and French.
