Quebec's Immigration Ministry says new expression of interest system will begin accepting profiles in September 2018.

The Government of Quebec announced on August 17 that the new Expression of Interest portal, Arrima, will begin accepting profile submissions to the Quebec Skilled Worker Program (QSWP) in September 2018.
