The province of Ontario has announced details of a new Canadian immigration stream called "Opportunities Ontario: Human Capital Priorities Stream" , aligned the federal Express Entry immigration selection system.

Many candidates in the Express Entry pool have noticed a boost in their Comprehensive Ranking System (CRS) score this week.

The ninth draw from the Express Entry pool was performed by Citizenship andImmigration Canada (CIC) on May 22, 2015. A total of 1,361 invitations to apply for Canadian permanent residence were issued to candidates with 755 or more Comprehensive Ranking System (CRS) points.
