Canada has issued 3,311 invitations to apply for permanent residence in its latest Express Entry draw.

The program-specific draw saw invitations issued to Canadian Experience Class (CEC) candidates.

The minimum Comprehensive Ranking Score (CRS) was 452, the lowest it has been for CEC and Federal Skilled Worker Program candidates since 1 May 2019 when it was 450.

Immigration, Refugees and Citizenship Canada (IRCC) has exclusively held program-specific draws since the travel restrictions were put in place by the Canadian government on March 18 to stop the spread of the novel coronavirus. As well as CEC-specific draws, IRCC have also held Provincial Nomination Program (PNP) draws.

The latest draw brings the total invitations issued in 2020 to 34,300.
