Certain workers in the agriculture and construction sectors who have work experience in Ontario may be eligible for permanent resident status following the launch of the the Employer Job Offer In-Demand Skills Stream in Ontario.

This stream is the latest addition to the Ontario Immigrant Nominee Program (OINP). Through this program, Ontario welcomes newcomers from around the world who have the ability to settle in the province.

The Employer Job Offer In-Demand Skills Stream is a 'base' stream, meaning it is not aligned with the federal Express Entry immigration system.

For eligibility requirements, a list of target occupations, and other information about this new stream, please visit this page.

To find out if you are eligible for immigration to Canada, please fill out a free online assessment form.
