FEE: $32.00 payable by money order or certified cheque to the California Department of Justice. FEE: $14.00 payable by money order or certified cheque to the Colorado Bureau of Investigation. An application for a criminal history record review can be obtained from the Utah Bureau of Criminal Identification. This must be accompanied by a waiver to release information and a processing fee of $10.00 payable by money order or certified cheque to the Bureau. Utah is a "close record" state, but they can release information to the applicant.
