The Manitoba Employer Direct Recruitment Pathway falls under the Skilled Worker in Manitoba Stream and is available to applicants with firm job offers from approved employers in the province.

Applicants to this pathway are interviewed outside of Canada by a representative of the Manitoba Provincial Nominee Program (MPNP) and an eligible Manitoba employer. Applicants are required to obtain an Invitation to Apply from the MPNP before applying to the Manitoba Employer Direct Recruitment Pathway.
