Gabriel Dumitrascu is a Senior Attorney at Cohen Immigration Law. He joined Cohen Immigration Law in 2013 and advises clients on economic immigration, family reunification, temporary residence, study permits, and inadmissibility, with a focus on finding pathways to permanent residency in Canada. 

He is an expert on federal, provincial, and Quebec economic class immigration programs and is a contributing editor for CICNews.com.

Prior to his career in law, Gabriel worked in finance in Montreal and on a consulting project in Rome and Madrid. He has completed a one-year study exchange at SKEMA Business School in Sophia Antipolis, France. 

He completed his education at the Université de Montréal's Faculity of Law. He is a member of the Canadian Bar Association, Barreau du Québec, and L’Association québécoise des avocats et avocates en droit de l'immigration (AQAADI), and Avocats hors Quebec (AHQ).
