I am applying for BOWP (currently on WP, AOR for CEC received in Jan 2014) as my visa expiring the end of Sept 2014. I am not taking extension from my current employer.

Could anyone let me know the answer for Q.No: 3 of application form IMM 5710. Its urgent as I have to apply tonight...please ......anyone respond.

What should I say if I have to apply for bridging open work permit---

(1) A work permit with the same employer
(2) An initial work permit or a work permit with a new employer
(3) Restoration of your status as a worker
(4) Temporary Resident Permit

To which address my PR card would be delivered?

will it be the same address mentioned in my application or will i be asked to enter that details somewhere?

They'll ask you for an address when you complete the landing.

Hi all,

I got my Passports back from CIC with the visa stamped & COPR yesterday. The Expiry date on the the Visa is 27th May 2015. Please update the worksheet.

I'll be landing this weekend. Are there any documents other than my current work permits, passports, COPR and proof of funds that I need to carry with me while landing?

Doesn't matter. You can choose between (1) and (2), I've applied and chose (1), but I know that other
applicants chose (2) and also got the BOWP approved. Since it's an open work permit, it doesn't matter.

finally got my LONG awaited MR yesterday, 3rd June .. I must be the last September applicant to get this ..wow! what a long wait ..

Anyways, anyone know a good doc who doesn't take 2 weeks ..? possibly same day medical exam and uploading of results ..?
I'm in Toronto btw ..

No need to call. It goes directly to voice mail. You can walk in any time. Just make sure you plan to be atleast 2-3hours at the clinic. The x-ray closes at 5pm so plan accordingly. Good luck.

Thanks Toby! I finally got all the FBI and passport issues settled, so now they have everything. I guess I just wait by my mailbox now
