Would reaching out to MP help?

I think its best to reach out to MP when we exceed national avg processing time which is 13 months at the moment. How is your gcms notes looking? Did they mention any concerns? For me it says no concerns for everything but still gotta wait for level 2 officer sign off I guess.

Same for me. No flags or concern. Is the 13 months counting starting from AOR or our submission date?

did you travel a lot too? I was commuting to work (cross border) for over an year so I probably have 200 absences in total. Not sure if that has anything to do with Pm 03 / level 2 escalation.

1. For the question “ which act do you to request under?” Which one should I select?
PRIVACY ACT or ACCESS TO INFORMATION ACT
2. For the question “ what specific records are you looking for .?” Which one should I select?
- Application summary: an electronic overview of the application’s current status, including processing notes
Or
- Complete application file: includes the summary report, all submitted documents, supporting materials, and correspondence with IRCC

if anyone can help me with this matter.

in the GCMS notes I got in earlier in February, the criminality has passed, however, the security section is blank, there is no status or anything, not sure if it wasn't started back then, or since it's done by a different agency, it won't show up on the notes. Anyway, I may order another notes in a month, if I don't get any updates.

For requesting ATIP (GCMS) note, I chose privacy act and then application summary, and submitted my request. But I notice it doesn’t required to pay $5 . Is this correct? Because I didn’t pay anything

You will only need to pay if you chose Information Act.
