i tried to order the gcms notes but got stuck over few options,
case: i am sponsoring my wife (we both live abroad)

type of info: Privacy Act or Access to Information Act
type of record would you like to request: family class or permanent residence
specific information are you looking for: update of file or the application, supporting documents and correspondences

while ordering the GCMS notes, how do we fill the form IMM5744 if we have a minor on our application? My spouse and son is outside canada, and the form specifies it needs both of the parents' signature on it.

She can sign it and scan it back to you.

Hi everyone, pls am requesting for a GCSM notes for my brother living outside Canada and am stuck with these questions what type of record and the option does not give me GCSM notes pls help me out. Thanks

I have submitted GCMS notes request but I did not attach any document like PR card for proof of access as it was stated as optional. Is it ok or do we really need that to be submitted?
 
Hi, i am going to order gcms notes for my spouse living outside canada. I want to ask in consent form, i have to fill my spouse information (PA) with signatures and i have to fill same my information and do my signatures as i am sponsoring my spouse because i want to access about SA its still in process or i have to fill only my spouse information (PA) and my spouse will sign it.
In upper most rows, i know i have to fill my information and adress as representative.

Just got notification that CBSA would take upto another 120 days to process and send out GCMS notes. Anyone got similar delays?
