My application has been showing fd since last december and no update since (no ppr, no email), so I've decided to order gcms notes to hopefully see if there's anything internally that caused the delay. However, I'm not quite sure what to choose for this question:

1. Decision Note / Refusal Reason The officer's final decision recorded on the application
2. Application Summary - An electronic overview of the application's current status, including processing notes
3. Complete Application File - Includes the summary report, allsubmitted documents, supporting materials, and corespondence with IRCC
Any advise would be appreciated
