Submit a webform like I advised you to . It's not a big deal, mistakes happens all the time but you should correct it. Whatever information you provide to CIC will be in your file forever, so it's better for you to correct the error.
Just send them a webform and stop worrying, there are more serious cases than yours and there was no refusal.
If you don't correct the error then nobody can tell you what the decision of the vo will be, if they find the error themselves they might request an explanation from you. So it is better to address the issue yourself , send them a webform and that's it. They will never deny you for telling the truth, it was a mistake , you ticked the wrong box and contacted them when you discover, they will not deny your visa for that. They like people that are upfront and honest.

It was through mail and phone call I booked an appointment. Let me say I was just fortunate. When did your medicals came in?
However, you can mail the help desk to book you for anyone who is willing to cancel his or her appointment in the closest date.

Ohkay, but do you have any idea if the result is transmitted to CIC immediately after doing the medicals? We will have only few days left till the 30 days deadline after the medicals is done

It won't delay your application. Infact you probably won't get any reply from CIC but the error will be corrected based on the information provided in the webform . You can request a GSM note if you want to be certain the information has been updated.

Hello guys. Pls after counterfoil, how long does it take for the passport to be sent back pls??? Because I got counterfoil yesterday, so I booked flight for 26th. I hope my passport will be ready before that time.

Yes dear I have. The earliest date I got is 26th of this month. I hope I get PPR afterwards.

Okay. thank you very much. you've been really helpful. Also I got request for biometric payment in February which I did pay and was confirmed but up until now I have not recieved biometric request letter for me to go do my biometrics. Is this a normal routine or there could something wrong somewhere.

Nothing is wrong bro. It is very normal. I also got a mail to pay for biometric then after making the payments it took them 4 months plus to send me a biometric request. Then everything will go smoothly.
