Still hoping for the best. I submitted my passport since 30th of July. So far so good, no words from them. I hope it won't take long. Cuz I already booked my flight for September 1st week.

Just send them a webform and stop worrying, there are more serious cases than yours and there was no refusal.
If you don't correct the error then nobody can tell you what the decision of the vo will be, if they find the error themselves they might request an explanation from you. So it is better to address the issue yourself , send them a webform and that's it. They will never deny you for telling the truth, it was a mistake , you ticked the wrong box and contacted them when you discover, they will not deny your visa for that. They like people that are upfront and honest.

Thank you very much once again. I have been able to get it done. I wanted to know if submitting a webform will delay my application. Am already 9months into my application and my last update was medical passed in May.

How long does it take for Medical passed to be updated from the day medical is done?

Ohkay, but do you have any idea if the result is transmitted to CIC immediately after doing the medicals? We will have only few days left till the 30 days deadline after the medicals is done

It won't delay your application. Infact you probably won't get any reply from CIC but the error will be corrected based on the information provided in the webform . You can request a GSM note if you want to be certain the information has been updated.

Hello guys. Pls after counterfoil, how long does it take for the passport to be sent back pls??? Because I got counterfoil yesterday, so I booked flight for 26th. I hope my passport will be ready before that time.
