Is that fee need to be sent with the main application that is being sent to Buffalo ? or they will ask me to send the fees when they ask me to send in the passports after the decisionis made?

The FSW application now needs to be sent to Canada directky and the follwoing is listed in the appliaction regd the fee: "In Canadian funds only, you may pay by certified cheque, bank draft or money order made payable to the “Receiver General for Canada.” Any idea how do i get that made in US ??
