WES ECA status on Hold

Definitely, it's not possible for you to know.ya but i would like to get the confirmation from them that they have received email for my case. if they received, then there would be no problem to wait for them to act on it.
I'm just worried as few says that they have been told by university that they haven't received any mail for their cases.

Hi, I am also in a similar spot. I had done my undergrad from a college affiliated to Anna University.
I had sent my documents to WES and they received it. They have put it on hold today saying they need to do a secondary verification and have sent postal and electronic copies to Anna University.
How long does this process take with Anna University? Do I need to do anything? I live outside India and cannot go to the university.

How long did your process take? When were your documents put on hold by WES and when did Anna University clear them?
Also, did you call someone at the university?
On 27th Sept my case was put on hold and on 18th OCT the status changed to "In progress". No, I did not call the university.
Nothing to worry, wait few weeks for the university to respond back to WES. In my case, I did not do anything in ~3 weeks the status changed to "In progress"
Hey i am doing WES for my PG qualification. As i have done PG and graduation from different universities , the transcripts are send separately. i.e PG certificate send by me and graduation from university.when the PG certificate is reached at WES - the status is changed to "We received your document(s). We are reviewing your document(s).".Is it possible to track the graduate certificate from WES website now?
Anyone from HNB Garhwal university ? My status got hold on 18th September, though university has received VDR mail and has responded to WES ( got to know from one of their staff on phone ) but status is still showing hold. I think university has not responded back to WES. Any contact person for the confirmation ?

The status for Wes evaluation changed to on hold.details : degree certificate received, however the statement of marks not received. It was one year post graduate diploma and I remember placing both semester's marksheet along with the degree certificate.
Can anyone please suggest what to do next.

hi, WES requires the statement of marks not the individual marksheets unless your degree was a yearly semester patterned one.
If not, then you can raise a ticket to WES and ask them how to send the marksheet or do they need the complete transcript again to proceed.
Also, there may be a probability that your university missed to place the marksheet in transcripts.
did you get the transcripts with opened seal and did you check the docs yourself before sending or was it sealed?
I checked before they sealed it and it had 3 pages 2 dmc's and one degree certocertif. However is sad that Wes says they received the degree but not the statement of marks.
