IQAS ECA On-hold status

My IQAS Status is "On Hold"​

Hi all, my IQAS Status is "On Hold", and the reason is "Verifying the authenticity of your documents". Is this status normal, or is this something to worry about? Also, in the status definition, they have mentioned the following(Status Definition: Your assessment cannot be completed until IQAS receives and logs additional documents, confirmation from the educational institution, etc.) And it's been a month. What step do I need to take next?

So school has been asked for more information. Contact school and ask if they have received the request and responded to it (or when they will).

Hi, I contacted my university today, and they confirmed they haven't received any email from IQAS requesting more details. They previously shared my stamped and verified transcript and degree certificate, along with a request form to release these details directly to IQAS through an official institute's email address, and I received an email from IQAS stating that they have received all the documents and information they need to assess my application. Should I wait or contact IQAS for more clarity?
