IQAS ECA On-hold status

My IQAS Status is "On Hold"​

Hi all, my IQAS Status is "On Hold", and the reason is "Verifying the authenticity of your documents". Is this status normal, or is this something to worry about? Also, in the status definition, they have mentioned the following(Status Definition: Your assessment cannot be completed until IQAS receives and logs additional documents, confirmation from the educational institution, etc.) And it's been a month. What step do I need to take next?

So school has been asked for more information. Contact school and ask if they have received the request and responded to it (or when they will).
