Timeline after submission on the new PR confirmation portal

Sharing my timeline so far, they have been pretty fast so far.

PR Confirmation e-mail received (from VO - Etobicoke) - 04 Apr 2023

Hi All,

I've gotten married post the submission of my documents. I had informed IRCC way in advance of a change in family composition and requested them to send me the docs required to add my spouse. They never reverted back to me. Finally after a ton of tries, when the call finally got connected to a customer care agent and I got a list of required documents required to add my spouse. Then a couple of days later, IRCC sent me a PR confirmation email only acknowledging my individual PR. I replied back to the PR confirmation mail, informing them of the same but haven't heard back from them (its been 2 weeks since I replied on the PR confirmation mail).


Here is my timeline:
ITA : Oct 14 2022
Documents Uploaded : Nov 19 2022
Medical : Dec 2 2022
Marriage: Feb 3 2023
Webform informing IRCC about my marriage : Feb 21 2023 [IRCC never replied to this]
Call with IRCC agent: Mar 27 2023 [gave me a list of docs]
PR Confirmation Email (only for me without ever acknowledging I've gotten married) : Mar 31 2023
Reply to PR Confirmation Email: Mar 31 2023 (IRCC has not replied to the email)

At this point I am confused as to what shall I do? Should I submit the documents of me and my spouse again or wait for IRCCto respond back on the PR confirmation email ?

Why does GCPortal show the Expiry date: Nov 02, 2023? What would be expired on this date?

Will the photo status: "In review with IRCC" change to Approved or it will keep this status until PR cards are received?

Did you respond on the portal 1 email informing them you have gotten married? and asking how to proceed ?

Yes I did. They acknowledged and sent me an additional request for documents.

can anyone advise? told pr card mailed may 31 and to my current address. still no card. called ircc today and they said it was mailed to my old address (I Moved after i got my ecopr, but i updated with ircc the address change and they confirmed the change). I sent (faxed and mailed) a solemn declaration on july 13 (6 weeks after pr card mailed). I checked my pr portal july 13 and noticed that it went from "in review" to "case status: closed and accepted". what does "closed & accepted" mean?

Go to your former residence and go and get your PR Card there. Closed means that they have ended the process and sent your PR.

oh i thought they sent it from may 31 as they claimed. so why wasnt it "closed & accepted" from then?

Hi , i received my eCOPr on 5th June 2023 , and still waiting for my Pr card , 2 weeks ago the mailing address and photo become : ready to submit to IRCC
And my case : closed and accepted ,anybody has the same? And how long should i wait or i have to do any thing ? Thank you
