Hi,
A friend of mine received an email from IRCC (Portal 1) on October 6 requesting some information and confirmation of whether she's in Canada. To which she replied and stated she's not in Canada. On October 22, she received another email to confirm her presence in Canada, mailing address and photo upload. It says, "You have 7 days from the date of this email to confirm you are in Canada, provide your mailing address in Canada and submit your PR card photo".
So does she need to travel back urgently, or would it be fine to respond to the requested information once back in Canada in about 30 days?
