Waiting for P2 but I had my PR portal credentials already

Hello.
I am applying under CEC and I got my P1 on July 17, 2025
I have created an account in my PR portal in 2024 (with another PR stream which has no updates since then). The email I used for this PR portal is the same with the one I provided in my P1 email.
Here are my questions:
1. Are they going to use this PR portal account to upload my PR photo and confirm presence in Canada?
2. Can I initiate myself or should I wait for other notification? (Seems like my application is little bit behind others)
