Hi everyone,

I applied for express entry through the IRCC secured account and got the "PR Portal (PR confirmation) - New Case Created Under Your Account" email on Aug 21, asking me to "sign in with your existing details to the PR Portal." However, I never received any login credential for the PR portal (I even checked my spam folder).

I called IRCC twice and they just asked me to reset my password. I tried, multiple times, but the PR portal kept giving me an error message saying "incorrect email and password combination." I also tried clearing my web history or logging in through a different browser but not of these worked.

On Aug 25, I received an email titled "Communication from IRCC – 2nd Portal Confirmation Email," saying "you have not finished activating your PR Portal Account associated with the email provided." I replied to that email to explain the difficulty I encountered and provided screenshots. Haven't heard back from IRCC and it's been more than 2 weeks.

Any advice? Your help will be greatly appreciated. Thank you!!
