Hello everyone,

I am experiencing a persistent login issue with the Canada Immigration portal and would appreciate any guidance from those who may have encountered something similar.

Issue: My registered email and password are being flagged as mismatched, preventing me from accessing my account.

Troubleshooting steps already attempted:
• Cleared browser cache and cookies
• Tried logging in via Incognito/Private browsing mode
• Used a VPN with different server locations
• Attempted on multiple browsers

Despite all of the above, the issue persists. I have not changed my credentials recently, and I am confident the details being entered are correct.

Has anyone faced a similar situation? Were you able to resolve it through IRCC support, or is there a known workaround?
