I have been recently invited to apply for SINP program for the saskatchewan province. I was wondering to get assistance on couple of questions specially related to documents translations:

Firstly, do I have to provide Affidavit along with a Public Notary for all the documents, for instance, I have 3 documents which are currently in Arabic, do I have to provide 3 separate notarized affidavits, or is it fine to provide one affidavit for all Arabic translations?

Secondly, In the translator's affidavit form, what do I need to write in first and second points? Can you please check if the below is correct?

For example if I am translating a document from Arabic to English, is the below form correct?

1. I am sufficiently proficient in the ___________Arabic______language and can read,
write and understand the same.
2. I gained my understanding of the _________Arabic_______ language from XXXX university
3. I have read the document affixed hereto and marked Exhibit “A” to this, my
declaration, which is written in the ___Arabic____________ Language and I have read
over the translated document which is written in the ENGLISH language, which
is marked Exhibit “B” to this my Declaration and I declare that the contents of the
document are the same as the contents of the ___Original____________ document.
4. I make this Affidavit for the purpose of declaring that the ENGLISH translation
of this document is a faithful translation from the ___Arabic____________ language

Not expert on this issue but while surfing through SINP website, it came to my notice that they only accept translated documents by a translators who are registered with them. So first check this. Once you contact these translator they should provide you necessary documents.

Hi all,
Could anyone in this group answer below query?
For my spouse, the name in the passport and the name in her documents related to work experience are different. To be precise, her middle name and a suffix for the first name are not present these documents.
1) is it acceptable? if no,
2) do I need to make an affidavit? if yes,
3) Please guide for affidavit

Unfortunately no. Looks like you will have the following

18-01-2011 31-05-2013 (28.5 Months) - 2 years, i.e. 24 months
13-06-2013 31-05-2015 (23.5 Months) - 1 year, i.e. 12 months
01-08-2015 31-12-2015 (5 5 Months) - 0 years
01-01-2016 15-07-19 (42.5 Months) - 3 years, i.e. 36 months

As I read somewhere you need to round down your work experience and not round up.

hi guys,

Is anyone in similar situation as mine. There were no ADR for me up until this point. Checked my SINP OASIS today and it shows the tab "VIEW INVOICE" below the IN PROCESS status again. What does that mean? Also on the settlement fund tab, the currency conversion is still in USD and not yet converted to Canadian Dollar. Does that mean my NOMINATION is coming soon?

Dear, unfortunately you may not. If you are creating an EOI, you will be able to read the guidance. As per it, points are given for recent past 10 years, not the cumulative.

Yes. You need to submit notarized translation of all documents that are not I either English or French.

You also need to take language test as well.

Hello, I got nomination on 1st of November SINP EE. For proof of fund i have an issue-

1. Me and my wife moved to Australia for Study purpose on July-2019. My wife studying and I am on a dependent visa. We kept money for Canada in our Joint account for 6 months. But as we cant control money from Australia. So I transferred the money to my fathers account on July.

2. So the money is still lying in my fathers account. Can I show that money which is mine and my wife's as proof of fund?

3. I want to know if there will be an issue with his if we provide letter of explanation or show gift deed.

I need your expert opinion as we need to make a decision soon. Looking forward to hearing from you guys soon. Thank you.
