Hi all,

i am sinp OID 24-sep intake, still application status is "received". i sent an email to inquire status of my application last week and so far no reply, i reckon they don't response such inquiries, what you say?

I have also applied on 24th step. But still in Application Received stage.....can't do anything...need to wait

Reason being - You do not meet the work experience requirement under the International Skilled Worker Category Occupations In-Demand category that states an applicant must have a minimum of one year of work experience related to their post secondary education..

Kindly help in applying for a review.. It has to be a written letter with a valid reason for asking a review.

According to WES I have Bachelors of Business Administration - I have worked as Manager/Supervisor for 2 years Full Time In a Production Unit NOC 9213.. But I have around 9 years of IT experience NOC -2171 on H1-B in USA also within the last 15 years.

That seems like a lousy excuse.
Are you Express Entry Category or Occupation IN demand category?

Which of the NOC did you use as primary NOC is the application. is it 9213 or 2171?
Also experience letters for which did you submit?

I was rejected on very flimsy grounds.. I applied for NOC 2171.. Express enrty June 2015, I have shown experience for both 2171 8 years and 9213 for 2 years which is in line with my education

I applied in June and waited for more than 100 days to be "in Process" and another 60 days to get rejection..

This seems to be a misunderstanding on their part, try and clarify it with them. Maybe, take help with someone who is already there and has some details about a secondary review.

This seems to be a misunderstanding on their part, try and clarify it with them. Maybe, take help with someone who is already there and has some details about a secondary review.

I guess they are not accepting bcom for 2171, however its definetly a misunderstanding/lack of knoledge or a hidden requirement

Are there any other applicants with B'com or non technical degree and applied/ nominated in NOC 2171?

A humble request to below mentioned members to advise if they had Bcom or other non-technical degrees

How did you submit the statements? Did you attach all 5 and were they all showing before you submitted the application?
You need to send a LOE to correct the information about your daughter.

I have submitted scan copy of bank statements on oasis account sinp,
Is there any format for LOE or simply a mail of explanation will work
