Hello house,

I have a situation at hane. I got nomination approval and accepted it on mycic. After this I made a change on my ee profile and it became not eligible. What do you advise I do at this point???

I think you have to contact CIC either by email or by phone.

I meant, in August the lowest point in Express Entry was 450. Is there any similar known point in SINP?

For Sinp there is no level of point consideration for PNP nominations.

Finally my Settlement Fund page has been updated with the converted amount and conversion date. Expecting good news soon .

You can upate your current profile of EE. If its not allowing you to update information in that case you may need to create new EE profile and Job Bank.

Thanks buddy.. my EE profile still showing Open status. To update, do I need to create a new EE profile and job bank registration or I can just do the update in EE profile.

It is their standard reply. You will have to wait for the status to be changed to "In Process", etc. don't worry, it is taking time for us all.

Unfortunately, the only way now is to contact CIC and SINP. Let me explain: If you create new EE profile, your nomination will be for old EE-Profile. So for this, case, contact SINP and see if they will link nomination to new EE profile? If SINP will not do this, CIC will need to re-activate your old EE profile.

Out of curiosity, what did you change in your old EE profile that it became ineligible?

I have sent a mail to SINP to request if they can change my nomination to a new ee profile. I got an autoreply that says they will treat my inquiry in 2 business days.

I also sent a request to CIC to see if they can reactivate my old profile and I got an auto reply that says they may review my mail between 10 to 30 business days.

So I am waiting.

You should never change NOC etc once you get nomination because your nomination in SINP case is dependent on NOC. What was the reason you attempted this? Once it becomes ineligible, you cannot revert changes?

SINP in my case have replied within 2 days to my email queries so you should hear something from them soon.

CIC reviewing email and getting back to you generally takes more than 30 days, unfortunately

I had same situation with EE profile due to IELTS expired and had send updated information via email to them. My application is currently "In-Process" so don't worry, it would soon be "In-Process". Couple of questions though, Did you got acknowledgement email of your email sent ? If no, then you should send follow-up email at earliest. Did you sent scan copy of new IELTS if your IELTS added during application submitted is one which got expired ?

And sadeelhanif, if ur profile is still elligible then u can surely update ur ielts else u Must have to create the new one!
