Despite I uploaded the education documents and experience documents before submitting the application,
I could not see the attached education/experience documents unlike other documents.

So, I have sent email with attached education/experience documents.

No one is able to see the educational and work experience documents. This is common for all applicants.

Does any one experienced a similar issue?

Yes few guys got the same status but they also got pdf attachment with reasons. Few reasons for this type of status are:- occupation is regulated but applicant hve nt license
2-: funds are not sufficient or not three month old
3:- mandatory documents are missing like ielts, birth certificates

Your occupation is regulated or not
When did you applied

Check your OASIS to see if they sent you anything in "My Correspondences", and are you in the spreadsheet?

Yes it is regulated noc 2132
You require license for your occupation, this process will take upto one year so call sinp and do the needful

Yes brother,Mechanical Engineering with the 'NOC 2132' is regulated and needs a license from intended province.

I am not using a representative or a recruiter but SINP has requested a signed page 2 of the Code of Conduct form.

Question
1)Is the "Ethical Conduct disclosure and applicant declaration form" the same as what they refer to as the "Code of Conduct" form
2) Do you need to sign it off on pg 2 even if a rep or recruiter is not used?

Anyone dealt with same incomplete document request?

Please read the form CAREFULLY in its entirety and mark and sign what applies to you. Section B has three(3) questions where you are to mark only one(1) of them and sign in the space provided below that.
