If you have valid biometrics you wouldn't need to pay again, you'd select 1,050. I paid, they send you a receipt and I guess that is what you can upload on the day.

This is not Express Entry, you don't pay when you're going to submit your application but as a part of it. PNP programs and family sponsorships also use this system to pay.

For job letter, is everyone here making manager post date the letter to May 6? Thanks

They would probably refund the biometrics fee. I paid for it when I applied for PGWP and the fee was refunded when I got approved.
