Hi Everyone,

been looking for this answer from quite a while now, I have done my Commercial pilots licensing from a Flight training unit, the training school gave me transcripts and a completion certificate alongside with the licenses issues from Transport Canada.

My concern is that I am creating the express entry profile and I came across this question:

Was this degree, diploma or certificate:
  • from a public post-secondary school, such as a college, trade/technical school, university or CEGEP (in Quebec)
  • from a private post-secondary school that operates under the same rules as public schools
  • a diplôme d'études professionnelles (DEP) or an attestation de spécialisation professionnelle (ASP) earned through a qualifying study program of at least 900 hours from a private school in Quebec.
  • a Bachelor's, Master's or Doctorate degree from a Canadian private school that can legally award degrees under provincial law. (The student must have been enrolled in a study program that led to a degree as set out by the province.)
I am not sure what should I answer to this question given my scenario and am I even eligible to claim those CRS points for my studies in Canada.

Secondly : it also asks for level of education which has options :
1) Two year program / diploma
2) One year program / diploma / certificate etc..

which one should I opt for as the course can be done in 1 year as well , in my case I had taken over 2 years time and end of the course , I was issues a PGWP as well.

Kindly request for help and suggestions from Pilots and Immigration experts.
