@ pmpm:
I've sent my scanned docs by email to CIO Sydney. Haven't received any updates so far. Since you recently received your AOR, I would suggest waiting for a couple of weeks before mailing your PCC. You might know where your application is by then.

Thanks aquareo

Yehh.. I finally got my AoR :)
I got it at like 9:50 pm .. must be working late

Are you able to track your application on the CIC site yet?

Not yet i think it takes like 2 business days after you receive your AOR for ECAS to be updated.

I have sent my additional docs to Ottawa by mail ;D
It is already there, wow, canadapost is so fast, when it's not necessary haha!
It has been less than 48 hours since I got AOR, anyways I needed to update my new employment. 8)
I didn't ask anyone I just did with the address I found here, I will keep you guys posted what happens.

Andy, jsm and seniors:

1) Can any of you share a sample email/letter to CPP Ottawa office to send certificates or copies like PCC, T4 etc,m after receiving an AOR.

2) I think the email id to attach scanned copies after writing above matter in email body is: ottpilot-immigration @ cic.gc.ca. Am I right?

3) I am thinking to write letter/text in email what I am sending and why I am sending then attach attach copies. Also, I wish to attach same text in email in a letter with signature, date as a scanned. Is it OK
or no need to attach text of letter again?

Thanks.

Not sure what you are trying to achieve. Its quite straight and simple.
Just scan the docs and email CIC, write what you are sending. Request an acknowledgement. That's it. Hard copy not required to be sent.
There is no specific format.

Thx, Andy.

I hope after 2 weeks status might show as 'Received' or 'In process' on ECAS. In either status, as you said I will simply write an email incl request to ack me and attach those 2 docs.

Thx again.

Any ways, I need to wait for 2 weeks at least to get notice of reassessment.

:)I received AOR at 9pm tonight (application received on 19MAr2013, co on 24Apr2013).

I am going to apply BOWP but ensure whether should fill out the Schedule 1 (IMM0008) form or not(questions about education, personal history, previous addresses etc.) It is listed as one of the optional documents. Do you guys know if we need to submit it? and under what circumstances we should submit it?
I believe I already submitted the same form for CEC appplication. Please advise?

No, jsm. Still application received.

I think, it will take 3-4 working days to see in process status after AOR receipt based on other cases in Mar xl sheet.

Just a note that for police certificates, you need to send originals, not scanned copy. See the following link (end of the webpage)

Has anyone else's Ecas changed to in process?

To me it seems a technical glitch, its too early and random to have this status.
