Hello Folks Creating this thread for Vancouver Office and Residents Oath Timelines. I am seeing multiple people in Vancouver have got everything cleared and are waiting on oath ceremony.
Can you share your timelines or experiences.

Starting with Me AOR: June 18, LPP 25th Sep. Waiting for oath.

Application - Filed on Apr-30,2025
Background - Complete on May 13,2025
Citizenship - Received email on May 20,2025
Citizenship Test - Complete on May 22,2025
Citizenship Test - Status updated to Complete - Jul 9,2025
Language Skills - Status updated to Complete - Sep 10,2025
Physical Presence - Status updated to Complete - Sep 10,2025
Prohibitions- Status updated to Complete - Sep 10,2025
Scheduled for Oath - Sep 17,2025

Appointment : Received online Oath Ceremony ( Vancouver, BC ) - Oct 21,2025
( rescheduled to in-person Oath )

In-Person Oath (at Surrey, BC) - Pending

Anyone in the same boat ?

Also, I got an email for passport pilot application on Oct-16, which I submitted on Nov-30.

Applied in Nov 2024. Background and test completed in Feb 2025. No updates between Feb and Sep 27, 2025.
Finally got an invite for interview for Oct 7. Finished interview and then LPP marked complete on Oct 30.

Waiting on oath. Vancouver is my primary office and the event office is Mississauga.
