It won't be a bad idea to restrict access to March spreadsheet just like Jan 2013 applicants. This will avoid any future deletions or screw ups!

My ecas is updated to in-process:

We received your application for permanent residence on March 18, 2013.

We started processing your application on April 30, 2013.

It says in the detail section that it started on April 30th however it wasn't visible on ecas until today.

Hi jsm
Is there any way, we could find where our files are.... in Ottawa or Sydney? Wrote to both offices, and no reply yet, its been 10 days.
I have to send original PCC and an updated background form.
Thanks

I called CIC yesterday and they assured me that the first part was happening in Sydney and the finalization in Ottawa. I have no idea if that means the completeness check or more in Sydney but I hate not knowing!

Hopefully things will become clearer soon.

I wonder why others haven't seen their status change?

Hey guys,

Should I be worried that I have yet to receive my AOR? My application was received on March 12 yet according to the (very helpful) spreadsheet, applications received March 25 received their AOR yesterday. That means I am nearly 2 week behind schedule...eek! :(

Any reassuring thoughts!?!

1) Did you send the app recovered delivery? Have you checked the delivery status with the tracking info?
2) Have you checked your spam folder etc for the AOR e-mail from CIC?
3) Have you tried to login to ecas?

- You need your DOB, surname, country of birth and your UID (0000-0000) which can usually be found on your work permit.
- If you can login to ecas, chances are the AOR has somehow been lost but your application is/will soon be underway.

Let us know how you get on?

This is very interesting jsm0085. I have seen some applications Feb 2013 and Jan 2013 was also in process but somehow there has been no updates from those applicants regarding the outcome.

Hope they update us all to understand as to what is going on...

Indeed! I hope it doesn't mean rejection! ;)

With 5-6 applications "in process" for Feb and Mar 2013 applicants, I doubt that it's a technical glitch by CIC as suggested by some members on this forum. I wish we could get further information about what's happening with our applications. I've sent an email to CIO Sydney with my NOA copy on Apr 19 but so far no reply from them suggesting they have updated my file.
@from mumbai, jsm, nani, pmpm: Let's keep in touch and update the forum members as and when any of us get information for sending additional documents to CIC

My lawyer is submitting my NOA and RCMP PCC today.

Lawyer saying CPP-O. Apparently they are e-mailing confirmation to them also.

I hope not. Let us hope for the best...

It seems the number of applications that are in process have increased from January to February to March. I think that's great for the lucky few, not so much for the rest of us. I would still like to know where my file is at though.
