Actually I received the AOR email on 27th March, but it was dated 18th March.

I was also surprised that they received the package on 15th March(Friday) and AOR was done on 18th(Monday)...

Hi Tom,
Thank you I was out of town for Easter so I just got back. I'll have to play with it a bit and see how it works, my hubby is the one that knows more about all this computer stuff, but he said he'd help me get it started... so if anyone needs anything updated, please let me know so I can practice plugging stuff into the chart

Hubby also put a link to the chart in our signature line so it'll be easy to link back to it. Hope everyone has a speedy wait time while we keep each other informed in this thread. 8)

Application package for my wife was received on 6th March, 2013. I've received AOR on 15th March..

Online status shows : application received

Passengers on same boat..

I just landed last year..so, don't hv a tax return yet..applied with T4 nd employment verification letter..Not sure if thy'll suffice..

Was wondering---for those who received the AOR, did they send the email to the sponsor or to the spouse? So i know which email to check regularly thanks!!!

Hi all
Because the Vienna Spreadsheet ( https://docs.google.com/spreadsheet/ccc?key=0AjvSDmSjyQZ0dE5DZk9Ua2ViTDRGZXhrM0w3V2xtdVE#gid=0 ) accommodated VO applicants throughout the past few years and due to the fact that it was open for editing to all, some of the formulas were erased and thus the sheet was not in its best condition.
To anyone who is entering his/her own info in the Vienna Spreadsheet for 2013 applicants please note that I copied some formulas there to calculate # of days automatically.
When you Edit the sheet saves itself automatically!

2013 is clearly marked with a cyan background in order to separate it from the previous years

You need only to enter info in the following cells :

1. User name
2. Application sent
3. Sponsorship approved
4. AOR Vienna
5. PPR
6. Visa received
7. LANDED
8. Comments

The rest of the columns need not be edited as the are calculated fields that will produce proper days count
These columns are:

1. Days to approval
2. Days from sponsor approval to AOR
3. Days from sponsor approval to PPR
4. Days from PPR to visa received
5. Days from sponsor approval to visa received
6. Total days from AOR, up to Today/Visa Received

Hi sorry I didn't answer this earlier
The AOR for SA (sponsorship approval) goes to the sponsor. In the same email the sponsor receives the UCI and the Case file Number to access your case through e-cas. After SA all correspondence goes to the Applicant (spouse to be sponsored)
