Yes, I was really surprised about the quick turnaround this time.
When I applied in March the fees were different when I resubmitted in May (by 12 days!). I added the $55 shortfall and I included the $85 biometrics fee this time (although I don't know how to answer that I paid when they ask for that). I really wish they would just process it and ask for the additional funds, especially since you can pay the RPRF at a later date. Anyways, c'est la vie and hopefully it doesn't come back a 3rd time.

Wait, yours got returned because of insufficient fees? I thought people said they ask for the shortfall later. How much did you pay at first? Did you pay the RPRF upfront?
