Where I have to pay the $5 CAD ??? I just applied (Link:
https://atip-aiprp.apps.gc.ca/atip/welcome.do) and could not find any payment option to pay 5 CAD. Technically, I did not pay $5 as the system does not ask me to do so. Please advice what should I do? Thanks in advance.
