santoshreddyc said:Friends,
My situation is getting tricky so looking for some help and advice.
Am on ICT, and my WP expires on April 2018. Now my company is planning to relocate me back to India (unlucky me) in Mid of May.
I can't even apply for BOWP. So, is there a way I can stay back in Canada?
Or are there anybody who went back to India after applying the PR in CEC and got the PR recently.
adanac_ati said:If you got 50 points; it means you uploaded an offer letter from you current employer stating the job offer is valid atleast for a 1 year after PR visa is granted.
If your employer akss you to leave Canada and you havent got a PPR yet ( i assume) would not that be a breach ?
soumya2k2 said:@ santoshreddyc - I am not sure if my understanding is correct but it shouldn't impact you. But I am sure other senior members will have more suggestions and information on this. Keep us posted and lets pray that you get your PPR before Mid May.
