Thank you in advance for taking out time to read through the utter chaos/blunder I've created in my small life.
I have recived ITA this past Jan draw of CEC.
Timeline as follow -
Study permit
Start - December 21st 2019
End - August 31st 2021
out of status
Transcript Recieved
September 15th 2021
Restore status/pgwp applied
September 20th 2021
Post Graduate Work Permit
Start - March 01st 2022
End - March 01st 2025
Work Experience -
1st job dates
Start - Feburary 2021
End - January 2023
Query / Doubt I have.
Points not claimed for for the job experience till Febuarary 2022, only mentioned dates since PGWP started. However on the experience letter and the offer letter dates mentioned are the offivial joining dates and the reliveing dates. Continued work during the out of status as it was a NOC B job and the lawyer at the time confirmed as the status comes under implied I am authorized to work. Which now I belive to be untrue. Need guidance as I have only few days left to apply or need a refernce of a lawyer who has dealt with similar case.
