Well, what exactly did you write in the request when ordering GCMS notes from CBSA? They will only provide what you ask! You'll have to ask EXPLICITLY for all the things that you would like them to send you!

Not sure either. I would always add this to the message "Please provide any/all information relevant to my citizenship application and also case notes/comments from GCMS". This leaves them with no option but to release everything which is releasable.
@rajkamalmohanram is absolutely right. Lol. Govt agencies will only release or do how much is asked of them. Hahhaha
How do I apply for this, everything is ‘in process’ last update was April 23 when the new tracker came on.
Passed the citizenship test in the second of June 2021. I did the second fingerprints in July 2020. Received in 12 August 2020 as it appears on the tracker. Still the background verification status "in progress". I am wondering why IRCC has not changed the status of the background check to "completed" yet. Is there anyone whose fingerprints expired before IRCC updated the background verification into "Completed"?
I haven’t received GCMS note from IRCC which was requested on May 27. I called CIC today about the application status, and asked about GCMS note delay too. Agent was saying he cannot see the request, and was suggesting to apply for it again ♂ I’m pretty sure I placed the request correctly and received the confirmation email with a tracking number ...
As far as I can tell, the background check involves more than the RCMP fingerprint check. So it is possible that that part has been done but the rest has not.
Send them an email at ATIP-AIPRP@cic.gc.ca with your tracking number. They will
send you your notes in a few days.
"Your temporary request tracking number is xxxxxxx. After your request has been registered, a new number will be assigned to your request." 10th of June 2021
I have not received the new number. When they will send the new number and the notes?
