AOR 2020 PR Applicants Timeline (Protected Person in Canada Class)

I called IRCC Couple of days back, I am nov 2020 applicant, I asked for my file status he said they have received it and it is in que , and he said nowadays approximately it takes 12 months to recieve the AOR

Infact i they gave me temporary file no as well without AOR , actually I sent them query on web form.

Hi friends. I hope everything is going well.
Yesterday I received my AOR after 8 months.
I'm August 2020 Applicant. It says my application number is temporary and i can't link it to my gckey account. Do you have any idea that when do I receive the main one? And what would be the next step?

I am also Aug 2020, I received same email like you yesterday, I think we need to wait until we receive AIP.

With the temporary application no. Are you guys able to link your applications

That's why I am asking,
Coz I too have my temporary file no. But the ircc agent told me that I cannot link my application until ill have my permanent application no.

Because it states processing is not started . I assume you guys need to wait for permanent application number to link application to gckey or appear on ecas

Yes you are right as you said not heard before.we don’t know what’s going on let’s hope for best.

Hi Guys,
Just now I called IRCC the email yesterday who received about AOR it’s actually not official AOR. Once application reviewed and process started then they will AOR and will be update online as well. Due to Covid they are sending mail that they received application only that’s it.

Yeah ,
That's what I told you,
And one more information is that temporary no is starting from X after your application will be in process just remove x and thats gonna be your permanent application number
