PR application under Protected Person Class in Canada 2024-2025

How come when it used to show 24-28-29-31 months for processing time no one said it’s not pr it’s for protected person status. But when it shows longer now we believe it’s not for pr.
I would like to believe it’s not but unfortunately it is for us. It is for our pr timeline.

With all fairness... I always used to.question it... I always thought the selection to get those results were offf..... I still do think same but they confirmed thats the right selections to make.

PR portal 1st email in September 2025
PR Portal 2nd email October 2025
ECOPR October 2025
Now we are still waiting for our PR card to arrive in the mail.

I applied my PR application in May 2024 as a protected person in Canada and I am still waiting for the pre arrival and even my wife didn't receive her biometric/finger prints and my wife and my kids are in Pakistan. I applied my everything through online and I did receive the AOR after I submitted my application and my wife application through dr2. So is that normal?
