My timeline as Protected Person Class in Canada:

Feb 2024 - PR applying
April 2025 - Pre Arrival services
April 2025 - Eligibility Approval Letter Eligibility - passed
Criminality assessments - passed and the Medicals assessment - passed.
The Security assessment has not yet started
Final decision - It just says your application in progress we will send you a message once a decision has been made

Please when should I expect next steps? FYI I did reach out to my MP in June 2026 before I got these updates.

Guys, I submitted my PR application in January 2026 and completed my biometrics in September 2026. I’ve now received an unusual request: they are asking for all the phone numbers I used before coming to Canada, all my previous social media accounts, and copies of all the passports—both mine and my family’s—that we have held in the past. Are these standard requests? Has anyone else been asked for this?

It may be related to additional identity verification or background screening, Did IRCC send you a formal request letter explaining why they need this information? please let us know your PR application category?

They just sent email asking this things and give me time until 20 of November they didn’t explain why they asked this additional information any one happened with him like that ?

These requests can have different purposes, including identity verification and background screening. I recommend submitting all the requested information before that date and keeping proof of submission.
