I called CIC today.. agent read some notes and confirmed that bowp is approved.. but it doesn't reflect in my account..

- Application to Change Conditions, Extend my Stay or Remain in Canada as a Worker (IMM5710) (required)

Supporting Documents
- Passport (required) - Passport + Open Work Permit

- Digital photo (required)

- Proof of upfront medical exam (required)

- Client Information - AOR from EE Profile.


My BOWP date 7th Feb - No updates till now

Yes, I was also asked for IMM5257.

Did you attach work permit in passport or in LOE..??

In LOE, i have just uploaded the same AOR file given in EE....

I didn't attach current permit at all anywhere.. just uploaded AOR in Client Information.

Were you asked IMM5257 in the list or as additional document.?

I thought it was Optional so I dint upload it...

I don't know how it came in my application but it was mandatory for me.. probably it depends on the questionnaire..

Don't worry only IMM5710 should be important since it says "Application to Change Conditions, Extend my Stay or Remain in Canada as a Worker"

I think I uploaded my AOR and current Work Permit in the client information field. Plus a simple letter stating that I had applied for permanent residence and that I was applying for a BOWP.
