Waiting for CAQ

I have checked.. And last time , they open my file on 4th march.

After 1 month around First week of april you will get a message about receipt of your documents sometimes it takes more days depends on the volume of files. if you want to make sure you can also call on this number 514-864-9191 which is quebec immigration number they ask your caq file number to check your status,
For me it takes around 1.5 month to get CAQ.I already lives in Montreal, Quebec.

Hi, I applied for CAQ 9/April/2019 and recently(14/may) I get an update about "Receipt of documents" in 2019-04-18 this is while I have to provide CAQ till 25/may in cic.gc.ca website.

Well my courier told me that they delivered my docs to the security of the building. Do you have any idea if that is normal? because it should be delivered to the student services office i just thought maybe the courier does not have access to the building for standard security purposes :/

could you please tell me what was exactly the documents that you sent by courier...

Hi there,

In the building, all mails are delivered to security person. He has a box , he puts them there , from there its been distributed to different departments as per applications.

I have also applied for caq. Will i receive soft copy or hard copy and when i will receive it.?

Yes you will receive both hard copy and soft copy. You would receive the soft copy online first but you will have to print out the soft copy within some days (I think 90 days or so, not sure) and then you would receive the hard copy sent to the address you provided.

When submitting for visa, you can submit just he soft copy if you haven’t receive the hard copy. It’s literally the same thing so it doesn’t matter.
