Experience switching from IEC Working Holiday to LMIA-exempt IMP work permit in Quebec?

I’m currently in Canada on an IEC Working Holiday open work permit (Taiwan) and I’m specifically looking at a pathway in Quebec.

I’d like to confirm whether anyone has actually and successfully switched from an IEC Working Holiday open work permit to an employer-specific, LMIA-exempt work permit under the International Mobility Program (IMP) in Quebec.

I’m hoping to hear real experiences on:

1. Which IMP exemption category/code was used in Quebec for this transition?
2. Whether the application was submitted from inside Canada, and if maintained status applied while waiting.
3. Approximate processing time in practice.
