WES has sent documents for verification to College/ University.

My institution replied to the email sent from wes and they confirmed that I'm their student. Wes has then changed my status to "we have received your documents, we are evaluating."

After two days, it has sent me a mail AGAIN saying that my documents have been sent to my intstute and they need to be verified. Upon my request, my institution replied again to their mail. So, my status changed back to "under evaluation."

Now after two days, my status is saying that "we are waiting for verification from institution."

I seriously don't understand why is this happening again and again. Can someone please tell me.

How the institute should reply to WES' email? Any particular format??

My university confirmed me last week only that they replied to wes. Today once contacted wes stated they have not received any email.

I am pretty confident that my university people replied as they are very quick and I spoke to the head directly. It would be really impolite to ask them again or ask the details of the email. Knowing wes it seems they have misplaced the email. I do not know what to do next after reading your problem.

Can I know how you contacted wes? I have tried the number on Google and also submitted my queries on their form given in site.

Thanks for your message. There's an update. I was contacted by my university regarding a courier they received from WES that contained copies of my transcripts with WES stamp on them. My college has replied to the email mentioned on their letter and attested and attached those same documents.

Hope this helps someone to be patient and keep going.

PS The attached cover letter was in French and had to be translated by my college.

So, did they (university ) replied only to email ? and attached the attested documents again ? My University asked me to pay an amount and then replied to their email but still its on pending status even after a week.

Can I know the format in which your university replied to wes?
My institute has already replied thrice! I don't know what the wes people are expecting as a reply

My university replied in email and they also shared me the documents with WES's and universities attestation.

Actually, I have one more degree which needs to be authorized by another university, so I am waiting even if they give me similar docs so that I courier both degree documents to WES.

Hi, my University confirmed they have received hard copies of my transcripts from WES for Secondary verification. They asked me whether they can send their response via e-mail or is it mandatory to respond only via postal mode. Could anyone help me out? Thanks

Is there anyone whose provisional degree expired while WES was processing documents? This is what happened to me. Now I received my diploma (22 December) and I don't know if my university can send it by fax to WES. My account is on hold and my university will respond to the verification request. Maybe they can attach the copy of my diploma to their response to WES. Anyone with similar experience?

Hi, I got someone to visit the University in Kalina on my behalf. It seems one needs to pay a fee for the verification first and then the replies would be sent to WES. Once you pay the fee it takes around 20 days for them to respond to WES. I have paid the fees, hopefully they should send the confirmation to WES soon. I'll keep you posted.

Indeed, it worked! I checked with them on the 15th day after paying the amount, they had not replied to WES by then but, fortunately they did it the same day. I checked with WES, the very next day and they confirmed the receipt of email from University of Mumbai. My advice - keep checking with them or they won't do it! They do get annoyed and frustrated by being chased but you need to figure out a way to get your work done very politely. Hope this helps!

Hi, not sure if you have got this sorted! I too was in the same boat a couple of months ago. WES considers replies sent via email very well. Your university can reply via email and it obviously is the fastest option. Please make sure that they reply to the email id mentioned on the verification email which they must have received along with the unique 10 digit reference number shared only between WES and your university.

Folks in Canada we have https://www.univcan.ca/ acting as a voice for ALL our universities. I think you could benefit from creating an organization like this for yourselves at home. That way you can have procedures like document handling etc. standardized. Tell them, "it's a cost savings", which it would be.
