Unfortunately, I don't have those papers or documents to highlight that matter. Also, once you are in the UK you will resident card instead of getting the stamp on passport!
I was not referring to a stamp on the passport after the UK Court of Appeals overturned the refusal for the student visa extension. There would be no stamp in this case.

You must have certainly received a UK court order for the ruling in your favor - typically a 2-4 pages long document. You would need to scan/include that document.

Now my main concern if I mention that in my personal history, will it affect my PR application decision? Because I didn't mention that during the extension of work permit three times!
Please help!
I would not (never, in fact) risk applying for PR without declaring this UK visa extension refusal. You won the appeal in the UK court so it would certainly help your case. But, not declaring it could make it a case of misrepresentation

Thank you so much. Sure I will mention that and try to find those documents.

You may also want to write to the UK Court of Appeals to request for a copy of the court order
Luckily I have found the scan copy of that Appeal's result in my documents. Now I am working on LOE to explain the situation!

Hello Everyone, I have a question.
I was denied US student visa 13 years ago twice( in a space of 6months). When I was filling the statutory questions. I didn't see the "other country" part. I thought it was only Canada. So My answer was no to both questions about visa denial.
I have submitted my PR application 3 days ago. And I just saw this thread. How do I raise a CSE?

Email your local visa office ASAP. If you are in Canada then email CPC-Ottawa

Thanks so much for your prompt
response. However I am in the USA, New York to be precise, is CPC Ottawa my local visa office? If not, then, is there a way for me to get to know my local visa office?
CPC-O processes PR applications from within Canada and the US

Hi,

I am in the same boat where I was refused a study permit as a minor, then came to Canada on a study permit. I now have a PGWP and have gotten my ITA. I had completely forgotten to disclose this refusal. Could you please provide any advice on how I should phrase this to IRCC. I had no intention of misrepresentation.

Any help would be appreciated.
