My spouse Visitor Visa got refused. Had enough funds, jobs and ties.
Applied - April 1 and got result on May 5.
My question is Contacting MP office will help to the refusal reason? Or do i have to apply GCMS.

What is your status in Canada? What were reasons for refusal? What were her funds and ties to return? MP cannot help with another application.

I would order GCMS notes. MP's office won't necessarily give you the full details.

Permanent Resident
Generic- no ties, stay is inconsistent and not enough funds

How long a visit did you request?
Have you already submitted the spousal sponsorship application and received AOR?
Does she have previous travel to countries requiring visas?

It was a short visit for a month and no Spousal application yet because i am haven’t met my RO. She had to travel history before.

Get GCMS notes. When you reapply, shorten the trip to 2 weeks. 1 month is actually on the longer side and can show a lack of ties.

Visit too long. Where did she travel? She is married to PR who is in Canada and doesn't meet RO so of course, IRCC doesn't think she will leave. Her only family ties are you, not her parents. She is married. Bank account is not a tie and if job is her only tie and that is weak being married to PR.

Funds - is it all her cash in the bank.

Chances are very low until you meet RO and can sponsor her. Assume you were married and spent a considerable amount of time together before and after marriage. If not, IRCC will question that too.
