Try again. They create a plan, as per your information, in word format. You have to email it in your account.
Change it in pdf format and attach.

Hi friends, I am to get the proof of fund done. I have a few queries

1 ) I am to show my EPF balance as POF and the EPF department would state the current balance in local currency. So should I do the conversion to CAD and show it in a seperate letter. What's the conversion rate to use.
In your cases did the bank convert the balance into CAD and mention in the letter. Please advice

2) I am planning to submit my appication on the OAIS between 10th and 20th October.
If I get the balance statement from dated on the 25th Sepetember , would this be a problem. Is there a maximum date gap between the balance statement date and the sumission date. If I get this on the 25th of September and submit the application on the 15th of next month, the gap wold be around 20 days. would this be a problem. Should I get the statement done somewhere on the 10th next month.
I am not sure what the EPF department is going to process my request, etc. that's why I am tring to get the balance as early as possible to compensate any delays from the EPF department just in case.

Please advice

Hi Friends,

I have many documents translated. These translations were done many years ago by two diffrent translators.
1) Is providing affidavits from all these translators a must

2) Do we need to have a seperate affidavit for each translation.
the OASIS user guide available at http://www.publications.gov.sk.ca/details.cfm?p=89059 says
"When scanning documents that have been translated, please scan the original document and the English or French translation, and the SINP Translator Affidavit as one document. Please find the affidavit form at: (http://publications.gov.sk.ca/documents/310/85134-translator-affidavit.pdf )"

This implies each document need to have a seperate afidavit right ?

But in the OASIS application portal, there is a separate section to upload the affidavit which means there is a common affidavit for all the translations.

But when you refer to affidavit template provided by SINP guide
http://publications.gov.sk.ca/documents/310/85134-translator-affidavit.pdf,

there is a section like this
"
I have read the document affixed hereto
and marked Exhibit “A” to this, my
declaration, which is written in
the _______________ Language and I have read
over the translated document
which is written in the
ENGLISH
language, which
is marked Exhibit “B” to this my Declarat
ion and I declare that
the contents of the
document are the same as the contents of the _______________ document."

what do you think should come for the second line, isn't it the name of document being translated ? which means each and every translation should have an affidavit . But the OASIS portal only provides a single section to upload an affidavit.

I am pretty confused on this.

Can someone please clarify what you guys did and the correct approach to take

Thanks

Hello,

I am facing this issue and share my experience with you here;

I submitted THREE documents which were in different languages other than English. (1 x in Urdu, 2 x in Arabic)
I submitted 1 x affidavit for Urdu and 1 x affidavit for TWO Arabic docs.

In ADR they need one more Affidavit for 1 Arabic document. I assumed that they will consider one translator affidavit for 2 Arabic docs but then didn't.

I advise you to attached scan copy of one affidavit with each document respectively.
For example: Birth Certificate
1 x attach original birth certificate
1 x attach translation of birth certificate
1 x attach affidavit copy
1 x attached translator certificate if provided
Total four pages required. All pages will be notarized to good enough! Do the same for all translated documents.

Thank you

Hi Ashush,

My NOC code is regulated and applied for APEGS license and waiting for their update. I need your advise that whether I can able to delay to provide confirmatory exam related email to the SINP until they provide the dead line.

For example, I got email from SINP that they can wait for my license until April 2019 and if I get this email from APEGS in December then it is necessary that I must need to provide this license info to SINP immediately or I can delay for one or two month and provide on the April.
I am thinking to delay it because planning to apply for IELTS and if I got good score then SINP only need to consider my recent work experience only.

Hello,

It depends upon SINP email for APEGS license requirement, they usually provide one year for this. APEGS also required almost 9 to 12 months to complete the licensing process. Only APEGS can say to write an exam if your educational curriculum not satisfying them or more courses required. Clear your mind that you can not play with SINP or any other PNP if your education is regulated in any case. If you provide license then they will proceed otherwise your application will be ineligible. If next time you apply and change your NOC then they will catch you again, you maybe ban for 5 years in misrepresentation case.

Carefully read, think and do the action.

Bye

Hello,

I dont know why my question gets ignored again and agani by respectable members of this forums :

Let me repeat, I applied in June 13 in SINP EE program. My invoice tab has disappeared since more than a month now. Plus my funds also has not been converted nor I have gotten any ADR.

Is it normal? or should I be worried ? Should I contact SINP officials?
