Yes, my P1 also went to my lawyer. However, when I replied to the email I gave my direct email as the point of contact.

My dependants P2 came to my email and each applicant gets their own P2 email.

Also, I have logged into the PR Portal but only my dependants profile allows access to upload requested documents

It's been 6 weeks now. Dependant got her P2 in 4 week (June 4). Don't know why the extended delay.
This sounds like it might be either that they sent the P2 mail to the lawyer again, despite your instruction to use the direct mail, or (more likely) that this is a technical problem.

In my case I got one email with my (Principal Applicant) name on the top, titled "PR Portal (PR confirmation) - New Credentials for the PR Portal". Then each of my dependents got another email (at the same main email address) titled "PR Portal (PR confirmation) - New Case Created Under Your Account". Which of these subject lines was on the email your dependent got?

In any case, I would suggest to reply to the P1 email address (probably ircc.clientportal-portailclient.ircc@cic.gc.ca) to report the problem. You can tell them that you cannot access your portal (never received credentials, or case not linked to the credentials), and provide the UCI of yourself and your dependent, and the PR application number. Hopefully the officer can re-generate the P2 mail for you. Or you can try to use a webform to report the problem.

She did not provide insights into the account and next steps but she stated that they have everything they require. Im just not sure why the delay and if anyone else is experiencing the same timeline.

That is really strange, because there should have also been the the email (to you, as primary applicant) with the new credentials. How did you manage to sign-in if you did not get the temporary password from the P2 mail? Because the "new case" email does not have the temporary password (at least my dependents' emails did not).

In any case, it sound like when you sign in, you are not seeing your own case details. So I would suggest that you raise a webform (or email to the P1 address) telling them that your case is not linked to the portal, so you have been unable to make the declaration of presence and upload your picture, and ask them to re-generate the link.

Exactly - I have raised a webform.

I linked the application to the portal on submission. So dint require a temporary password to sign in.

I just clicked the PR Portal link in the email and signed in using my credentials.

Dependant files was updated, mine not yet.
