I’ve been following this forum for quite a while and it’s the first time i’m posting. I’m a little worried because i received P1 but no COPR details on Tracker.

This is my timeline
CEC Inland with accompanying spouse
AOR: Feb 2, 2025
BIL - MIL done: March 25
ADR: May 23
FD: June 10
P1: June 12
P2: waiting
eCOPR: waiting

Please advise on why I cannot see COPR details.

Nothing to worry about. Sometimes they directly issue ECOPRs

My dependant has received her Portal 2 email (June 4, 2025) - both are inland applications. However I have not received my P2 email yet - been 2 week, IRCC agent stated that all information has been provided, no update.

Is anyone else in the same boat, and any timeline on primary applicant Portal 2 delays, if any?

Is it possible the email went to your lawyer or consultant? This happened with my P1.

Also, did you ask them to send you separate P2 mails for each person? I provided one email address for my whole family for the P2, so we got this directly: all the PR portal declarations and photo uploads were done using the same user ID.

Yes, my P1 also went to my lawyer. However, when I replied to the email I gave my direct email as the point of contact.

My dependants P2 came to my email and each applicant gets their own P2 email.

Also, I have logged into the PR Portal but only my dependants profile allows access to upload requested documents

It's been 6 weeks now. Dependant got her P2 in 4 week (June 4). Don't know why the extended delay.

This sounds like it might be either that they sent the P2 mail to the lawyer again, despite your instruction to use the direct mail, or (more likely) that this is a technical problem.

In my case I got one email with my (Principal Applicant) name on the top, titled "PR Portal (PR confirmation) - New Credentials for the PR Portal". Then each of my dependents got another email (at the same main email address) titled "PR Portal (PR confirmation) - New Case Created Under Your Account". Which of these subject lines was on the email your dependent got?

In any case, I would suggest to reply to the P1 email address (probably ircc.clientportal-portailclient.ircc@cic.gc.ca) to report the problem. You can tell them that you cannot access your portal (never received credentials, or case not linked to the credentials), and provide the UCI of yourself and your dependent, and the PR application number. Hopefully the officer can re-generate the P2 mail for you. Or you can try to use a webform to report the problem.

I spoke with a live agent and she confirmed receipt of my P1 email and also confirmed all my contact details. She did not provide insights into the account and next steps but she stated that they have everything they require. Im just not sure why the delay and if anyone else is experiencing the same timeline.
